As an Applied Technologist, one of my main responsibilities was to setup
and maintain Oracle Applications (ERP) demonstration environments. The
servers would generally be setup in the office, then we'd bring them to wherever
the client was located.
However, when I wasn't carrying Sun servers around the country, I would either give
presentations on Oracle products (Database, Developer, Designer, Web Technologies, etc.) or I
would work on internal projects. I believe my supervisors were pleased with the results of
my projects, so they started sending me to clients as a consultant. I would then build a
prototype of an application, or in some cases, I would stay at the client's site long
enough to build a finalized application.
This page shows some of the projects I was able to work on during my time with the Oracle
Health Industries vertical.
